Security Deposit

Advance payment of deposit and rental is required to secure the reservation. Funds will be returned within 14 workings days after lease expiry.

• One – Two months lease term - One month deposit
• Three – Twelve months lease term - Two months deposit

 

Monthly Rate

The monthly rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars, per calendar month basis. The rate includes the services and facilities that are stated in the “Features” according to each of the property, together with the items as follows:

• Government Rates & Tax, Management Fees, Services Charges
• Utility Charges (with limited electricity usage)
• Local calls

 

Additional Options:

• Long distance call (IDD services)
• Dry cleaning and laundry services
• Extra electricity consumption

 

Payment

Payment can be made by:

• Local Cheque
• Bank Transfer
• Visa/ MasterCard (additional 3% handling charge)
• AMEX (additional 4% handling charge)

(The handling charge is not applied to the security deposit.)

Remarks

• NO cancellation or early termination is accepted once booking is confirmed
• Room availability and prices quoted are subject to availability and revision without prior notice
