CHI Residences in Hong Kong has become the first serviced-apartment brand on the island to install Oxyvital air purification technology in its flats. As our Search-column reader will know, Oxyvital’s high-tech filtering process removes many of the pollutants found in our fair city’s air. CHI Residences marked this health-conscious milestone with an open day at its 120 Connaught Road West branch – this being the first of the brand’s four residences to get the air purification technology. The firm’s executives were on hand to talk about the flats and the installed units, and to breathe the rarefied air. Said CHI Residences CEO Pilar Morais, “You can’t put a price on health.” Oxyvital can: HK$24,000 per unit.
