Press Release: CHI Residences Triples It's Portfolio with CHI 138
Hong Kong hospitality company, CHI Residences started in 2007 and since then has established 3 properties in Kowloon and one on Hong Kong Island, offering a total of 121 luxury serviced apartments. The recent acquisition of Le Rivage ‐ which will be known as CHI 138, will add another 52 apartments to their portfolio.
“We are always on the look out for suitable developments and this is a good opportunity for us. CHI 138 will further solidify our offerings and operations in the Hong Kong Western district,” comments Pilar Morais, CHI Residences CEO. CHI 138 will be operational from March 24, 2012 and available for daily and monthly stays.
