Business, Pleasure… or Both?

Is a major shift in accommodation preferences for all travellers on the horizon?

Pilar Morais, CEO of CHI Residences, begs to differ, at least on the business end. “Yes, we have seen an increase in business travellers. People are travelling more frequently for work, and the prefer to stay in comfortable, homely environments like our CHI apartments whilst away from their own homes,” she explains, adding, “We know how important it is to be connected, and our properties are located a few minutes walk from the MTR and other forms of transportation, making it convenient to get around Hong Kong”.
