Q : Are pets allowed in the apartments?

A : Yes. CHI 120 and CHI 138 are pet friendly, and our housekeepers are well trained to take care of your beloved pets when you need to head out of town.

Q : Is there a fully equipped kitchen?

A : Yes. All our units have a fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, single hob electric cooker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and utensils.

Q : Does the rate include a daily housekeeping service?

A : Yes. We provide daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and Public Holidays) and a linen change once a week. We do encourage a green policy, so please reuse towels and reduce linen changing where possible.

Q : Is a laundry service offered?

A : Yes. We have a laundry area for complimentary tenant use (except CHI 393). We also provide dry cleaning and laundry services. We do not provide laundry powder due to skin sensitivities, however there are a number of brands available at the supermarket nearby.

Q : Is the internet free?

A : Yes we provide complimentary Internet and WIFI throughout our properties and you can also browse the Internet on our the TV screens through our Smart Communicator system (wireless keyboard and mouse provided).

Q : Do you provide a shuttle bus service?

A : We provide a shuttle bus from CHI 120 and CHI 138 to IFC Central on weekdays morning only. Our CHI properties are conveniently located so you have numerous transportation options within 5 minutes from the buildings. Our concierge can arrange a private car upon request.

Q : Is breakfast provided?

A : We currently do not have any food and beverage outlets on site, however if you wish to have a few items to stock your pantry before you arrive, we offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service. There are also many restaurants and eateries nearby.

Q : How far is it to the nearest MTR/metro station?

A : All of our CHI properties are within 2-10 minutes walking distance to the MTR stations. Upcoming Sai Ying Pun MTR Station will have an exit one block away from CHI 120 & CHI 138.

Q : What happens if I forget my key and come home late?

A : We provide a 24-hour concierge, and one of our friendly night building assistants will help you get safely back to you apartment.
