Q : Are pets allowed in the apartments?

A :

Yes. CHI 120 is pet friendly; our housekeepers enjoy giving them lots of attention and cuddles!

Q : Does the rate include a daily housekeeping service?

A :

Yes. We provide daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and Public Holidays) and a linen change once a week. We do encourage a green policy, so please reuse towels and reduce linen changing where possible.

Q : Is a laundry service offered?

A :

Yes. We have a laundry area for complimentary tenant use. We also provide dry cleaning and laundry services with extra charges.

 

*We do not provide laundry powder due to allergies and skin sensitivities, however there are a number of brands available at the supermarket nearby.

Q : Is breakfast provided?

A :

We currently do not have any food and beverage outlets on site, however if you wish to have a few items to stock your pantry before you arrive, we offer a pre-arrival grocery shopping service. There are also many restaurants and eateries nearby.

Q : Is the internet free?

A :

Yes we provide complimentary Internet and WIFI throughout our properties. Also, Handy travel phone is avaliable for unlimited mobile 3G mobile Internet during your stay. 

Q : Is there a fully equipped kitchen?

A :

Yes. All our units have a fully equipped kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, single hob electric cooker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and utensils.

 

*No dishwashing liquid or dish scrub is prepared as housekeeper will clean up daily, but a set can be provided upon request.

Q : How far is it to the nearest MTR/metro station?

A :

All of our CHI properties are within 2-5 minutes walking distance to the MTR stations. Please refer to the Residences' Location or Access Map for detailed directions. 

Q : What happens if I forget my key and come home late?

A :

We provide a 24-hour concierge, and one of our friendly night building assistants will help you get safely back to you apartment.
