Security Deposit

Advance payment of deposit and rental is required to secure the reservation. Funds will be returned within 14 workings days after lease expiry.

• One – Two months lease term - One month deposit
• Three – Twelve months lease term - Two months deposit

Monthly Rate

The monthly rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars, per calendar month basis. The rate includes the services and facilities that are stated in the “Features” according to each of the property, together with the items as follows:

• Broadband connection and Local calls
• Government rates & tax, Management fees, Services charges
• Utility charges (except Electricty usage)

Additional Options (will incur extra charges)

• Electricity usage
• Dry cleaning and laundry services
• Long distance calls (IDD services)

Payment

Payment can be made by the following and handling fees may apply:

• AMEX
• PayPal

Remarks

• NO cancellation or early termination is accepted once booking is confirmed
