• This offer is applicable for stay period from arrival on or before 30 April 2018 at CHI 120, CHI 314, CHI 279, CHI 393 and new Wan Chai CHI 138 - selected studios, with blackout dates may be apply; promotion is subject to availability upon booking request.

• Pets are welcomed at CHI 120 with HK$3,000 per pet per calendar month; pay 1 get 2nd pet free.

• Applicable to new reservations with minimum stay of one calendar month, monthly rate include government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, utility charges, broadband connection and local calls.

• Advance payment of one month rent plus one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) is required to secure booking.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the bookings are confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
