Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion is subject to availability upon reservation request.

• Promotion is valid until 31 July 2021 for arrival date on or before 31 July 2021.

• Applicable to new direct reservations at CHI 314 or CHI 393 with minimum stay of one calendar month.

• Applicable to individual reservation provided with Hong Kong Identity Card at the time of booking confirmation only.

• Small-sized pets under 10 kg are welcome. Additional pet fee will be applied.

• Housekeeping service is limited to twice a week with linen and towel change once a week. (except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holiday)

• Monthly rate includes government rates and tax, management fee, services charges, utility charges and broadband connection.

• Advance payment of one month rental and one month security deposit (two months security deposit required for over 3 months lease) are required to secure reservation.

• No cancellation, date amendment or early termination is allowed once the reservation is confirmed or full amount of prepaid deposit will be forfeited.

• Advance reservation and confirmation are required and subject to room availability.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

• Extension of stay subject to price revision.

• Check in time from 00:00 on commencement date and check out time before 23:59 on expiry date.
